Refund Policy
How to return goods
A copy of these terms and conditions and your order may not be kept by us and we advise you to print a copy of them for your information in the future.
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order before confirming your order and receive a full refund.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. This must be sent to us in writing, either by post or email.
You must return the goods to us at your cost in an unused and re-saleable condition. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage, as Pool UK cannot be held rsponsible for the non-receipt of returns.
We will refund the money paid by you less a 5% admin charge for the goods, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive a notice of cancellation in writing or by email from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
